Maybe it's an hsp thing but we got an email on it.. there's new line items we need to add and submit then call in custom labor charges.

hmm, they must be making some changes across the company regarding what we're paid for things. I had a buddy tell me a couple days ago that if we add ODU relocate or Non-DirecTV equipment OLI's that we dont get paid for them, we have to call in and have them added, and they will want to speak with the customer to verify those things actually need to be added.
