Need help on Viewsat vs2000

I got the viewsat vs2000 receiver and someone installed the dish with 2 LNBs for me. The dish is set for Echo 110 and 119. Since i am new to this field and i don't know what else to do to watch the channels, so far I can't see anything. I am told i need to program the receiver. Is there anyone familiar with Viewsat can tell me the proper detail procedure to do it?
