Need help in identifying Billy Joel or Elton John song

I'm trying to solve the scramble on my local radio station to win tickets:

Mix 104.1 | WHTT-FM | Buffalo, New York

I can't for the life of me figure out the 4th song.

Is there anyone out there who can identify which song it's from?

I think it may be from the song "You may be right". It sounds like they sampled a live version.

that is a you tube clip to the music video. If you get to 1:10-1:14 part of the video it sounds similar. ( I had to break up the link cause something weird was happening. Sorry you will need to reconstruct the URL to check out the video)

I think the sound clip is the "ho!" part.

Thanks! I saw them back in 03 (I think) and it was a great show. That was back when tickets were a little more reasonably priced.
