Need help for the Geotrack positioner GP 700

Hello Everyone,
I would like to ask you for help.
Does anyone have the electric diagram or the circuit of the Geotrack positioner GP700?
By my mistake, I put my multimeter on some resistors for some testings and suddenly the display(---) in the front of the positioner turned off .. I am afraid l that the integrated circuit( Gentact- GP 700A-1, 9946F0612) isn,t good anymore.
I spend a lot of time searching for a datasheet of the above microprocessor or its equivalent on the web but have had no success.
Have you any other idea?

I've had the same results trying to find service info on equipment from BITD. I can also say I've never heard of that brand. To me that the I.C. #'s you've posted appear to be numbers used only by the equipment manufacturer. I.E. 'House' numbers. Many did that BITD as they were one time programmable. (No re-programming)
