Need help, can't seem to get OTA guide data on a Zenith HD-SAT520

I tried to do a search on here but really couldnt find anything. I have hooked up the SAT 520 and set it up but don't get any PSIP guide info for my local stations. I currently have the OTA, D* and cable hooked up. I wasnt expecting info from cable (but it would be nice) but I thought I would get it from OTA as I did with my Hughes E86 (which the Zenith replaced) as well as my Samsung T165 tuner and my HD-Tivo. I hoping that some of the people on here that have this or the Sony piece can shed some light on this for me or tell me what i'm doing wrong. It does have software dated 6/01/05 01:29> HD2 2.00.00 if that helps.

I have both the Zenith HD-SAT520 and the LG LSS-3200A; I am not having any issues with my units. I get full EPG info, but I am not 100% familiar with what PSIP is for. If you can explain it, maybe I know it as some other term and then maybe I can help.

It's basically just the technical name for OTA guide data sent out by the stations.
I did the easy scan and im not getting anything accept the info from the D* channels

Well the OTA EPG data, would be FROM the affiliate(s) in question, and that in turn is almost always provided by Tribune Media. Since this is an OTA issue, you would need to contact the affiliate(s) directly and ask their engineer (usually VERY helpfull people). As I mentioned, mine do work, I am sorry I can't explain why, other than and good luck. If you do get it figured out, be sure to post back to help others down the road.

Did you set your local zip in the setup menu?

I looked for something like this but never thought it would be in the D* initial setup menu. It worked great!
