We have a house that must be sold ASAP... It is in Missouri... The thing is that it still needs some more work to be done with it like, hanging some more sheet rock, doing two more sections of roof Tear off/apply (have shingles & felt), installing windows (have them for sunroom but need 5 for house), installing new siding (all prep'd), and some other things done... Here'z the idea... We dont have the money to finish this house to be able to get it sold faster and for more money... We are looking for an invester to help us to get this place done...
