Hi! I changed banks recently, and I *thought* I did everything right to get my autopay to the new bank. Dish even posted a "test" withdrawal to my bank account. But my regular pay date was last Thursday, and as yet neither the Dish site or my bank seem to have any info on the transaction.
I would like to get this resolved ASAP, so I don't incur any penalties.
