Need DIRT HELP Denied Hopper 3 upgrade because of Italian Channels

I asked Dish if I could tape our phone calls. They agreed. I have 2 Dish people telling me I will remain on a month-to-month contract after my Hopper 3 gets installed. If they try to pull some shenanigans, I have the proof, and I'll go to court with them if I have to ... Just say "NO" to another 24 month contract! LOL
