need correct info regarding new pricing schedule

Last night I spoke to a csr regarding the possiblity of upgrading to 2 hoppers & 2 joeys. Present setup is 2 722k's. She told me the new monthly bill would be about $5.00 more before taxes. I asked if this was the new pricing schedule & she confirmed. I then asked about the possibility of having the upgrade down prior to the increase date & she said that the new prices were only for the Latino packages.........which I do not have. What is the correct pricing structure??????? Is there going to be new fees??????? If I upgrade prior to 05/23.......do I receive the old prices & for how long?

If you upgrade now you will keep the current prices which are $10 DVR fee, $7 for the second Hopper, and $7 for each Joey. No one knows how long the price will stay that way for existing customers.

With two 722k's you are paying $7 for the DVR and $17 for the second 722k for a total of $24 in extra fees. With the Hopper you would be paying a total of $31 in extra fees.

If you wait till after May 22nd your fees for the Hopper would be $12 for the DVR, $12 for the second Hopper and $7 for each Joey for a total of $38 in extra fees.

How long? Until DISH decides to increase your costs, there is no contract for the old prices and with DISH's recent history don't hold your breath.
