Hello all im new here I am a satellite engineer and live in wales united kingdom, As you may know most of eurpoe use ku-band but there is alot of c-band over the sky's here from the south america and middle east and africa etc, so i have only ever installed ku-band and v-sat dishes
I am useing a 1.2m andrew's (channel master) and want to have a play about with C-band i have a few questions and hope you guy's can help me out,
1. Where can i buy channel master C-band feedhorn(s) as i can not get hold of them here in the uk
2. on the andrew website there is two feedhorn's for C-band one C-band linear and another for C-band circular is there any way of useing just one C-band feedhorn for both circular & linear or do i need to get both feedhorns
3. When i get the C-Band feedhorn do i just bolt it on to the LNB or do i need a mechanical polarizer or magnetic polarizer or are C-band LNB's like modern KU-band lnb-f or c-120 LNB's which use 13 & 18 volts to change polarity
4. Any one know a good cheap C-band lnb to buy and some where that stocks them and ships to the uk,
Sorry about all the questions guys i hope you can help
