I am using a 10 ft. C/Ku Band dish and a CaptiveWorks 800 receiver.
My LNBF is a BSC621-2 c/Ku Band .
I move my dish by hand, because the actuator arm is worn out. However, I have been pretty lucky hitting the sats I want.
I am usually on 99West sat. each time I try to go to 97west I pick up the c band side ok. When I switch to Ku band I only pick up about 9 stations. My receiver is preset for 97West as an old telstar sat. I entered the correct freq for the 97 transponders and it didn't seem to help.
I get a bleed over of from the 99west transpopnders and channels when I have my receiver set to scan 97west.
It may be my settings, the wrong LNBF for 97 or I 'm just not hitting the sat.
I reset my skew each time.
I wonder if anyone else is hitting 97 with my type of LNBF.
