There are great PBS channels on dvb, anyone with a 4dtv should also have a dvb receiver

You will need to wait for the ACC to get the channels mapped correctly, this is not a sub channel so they are not in a rush..

If you still can't get it try unplugging the receiver for a while and then try again.
