NBCHD (Served by two local NBC'S)

Yet another waiver question for you guys.
I live in a very rural community but served by two local NBC's (75 and 60 miles away) neither have HD broadcasts, I have a waiver from one but not the other. Does DirecTv require a waiver from both stations to receive distant networks or NBC HD?

Call them and find out. If you are considered Grade B for one, you might.

When I got CBS-HD I got a waiver from Denver station and not Wyoming but the CSR told me all they needed was one.....

I am considered Grade B on one. I asked the CSR about this but he seemed confused.
I have one waiver from a couple years ago, but the other (Grade B station) denied it a couple years ago. He went ahead and resubmitted another waiver request. Should I try another CSR?

What is really silly about the whole waiver process is that the D* and maybe FCC don't make a distinction between SD transmissions and digital TV transmissions. It is crazy since they are totally different radiation patterns and coverage.

I live in the Denver DMA and they have low power transmitter on downtown location which you can't receive even 5 miles away with an outdoor antenna yet eligibility is based on the analog signal level which is not related at all in location or power output from the transmitter....argh
