NBA replay games

I am wondering shouldn't the replays of the NBA games from the previous day be able to be viewed. On my receiver all the games are blacked out except for the ones in my regional area. I know for hockey they are not. I would like to watch the games.

You need NBA League Pass, the pro league makes the rules, hockey does not mind replays being viewed while b-ball does.
