NBA 2011-2012 PLAYOFFS

but it's a strain not a tare. isn't that good news? meaning he can still comeback maybe next round or the finals if we get there..... no?

Like I said, the last couple of players that got them were out for 2-3 weeks. I am SURE that if Miami gets to the Finals, he will play. ECF..? I not sure and it would depend on the team, IF they get by Indiana and play Boston, I would say yes, he will play in the ECF. IF they get by Indiana and the 76ers somehow get by Boston, then I do not think he plays that series. They are NO WHERE as physical as Boston.

Monday's schedule.......

76ers at Celtics- Boston leads series 1-0- 7:00pm ET (TNT)
Lakers at Thunder- Game 1- 9:30pm ET- 9:30pm ET (TNT)

I just figured out how to stop Bass from scoring. Guard him. Every shot he makes is wide open. When he is guarded, he barely ever even get a shot off.

As much as I think Miami will beat Indiana and Boston SHOULD beat the Sixers, people better not assume these series will be cakewalks. The Sixers are undiscipline enough to scare people...and they, as in the Celts, better take notice.

If Stern's 3 blind mice are going to allow the 6r's to basically play a "neutral zone trap" along with holding and grabbing and than call a ticky tack foul at the end, than yeah it will be a long series. Congratulations to Doug Collins, if Stern is going to let you get away with it, more power to ya. It might of been the worst playoff game I've seen in a while. After the game Charles Barkley said the game should've been on NBAtv, that's what happens when you employ D-league refereeing.

Also, Chris "timeout" Webber might be the worst basketball announcer, ever.

OKC looking strong and younger then the Lakers

Regardless of the refs in Boston....BOTH the Celts and the Lakers came out dead/lifeless with little to energy and sense of urgency. This is NOT the regular season where you can comeback tomorrow.

The only team that have come out like gang busters is OKC.

It's a 7 game series and that was only 1 game. Geez.

might be only one game but it sure was an ugly one....... both teams were shooting in 30% range at halftime.

Oh well, get it all out of the way in the first game. The Lakers won the last game they played before.

Having 8 days off between games turns out to be a good thing. Barring some catastrophic injury to OKC, I can't see the Lakers winning this series.

Sometimes it's good..and sometimes it's not. The rest could be a terrible momentum killer to a team that finishes strong. Could be "just what the doctor ordered" to a team with injuries or it could be perfect to a team that struggled at the end of the season that is tired.

The Heat right now, need the 76ers/Celtics game to go a FULL 7 games...and the Heat to win in 6. That way, the Celtics get gassed and the Heat get healthier and rest for the next round.

The Heat series should of started before the 6r's/Celtics did. Another BS move by Stern's NBA. The Pacers and Heat both won their series before either other EC quater's ended. Just another dict move to set-up what he wants.

IMHO, I can see only three of the remaining teams winning it all (OKC, San Antonio or Miami). And of those three, I favor the Thunder.

Tuesday's schedule........

Pacers at Heat- Miami leads series 1-0- 7:00pm ET (TNT)
Clippers at Spurs- Game 1- 9:30pm ET (TNT)
