NASCAR audio on mix channels

Not sure how long this will last, but right now there is an audio feed from a NASCAR race from last year on audio channel 9 of both mix channels. The news mix channel has the race with commercials while the sports mix channel seems to have the raw feed with the announcers talking where the commercials should be. (If you have an interactive receiver, after selecting audio channel 9 you must go to the guide or keep some other on screen menu up to prevent the audio from auto-loading to audio channel 1.)

Maybe this is some sort of test to prepare for NASCAR Hotpass?

The sports mix channel feed #9 is just like being at the track listening to the FOX scanner channel. You can here them unedited, even during commercial breaks.
Just heard Chris Myers talking about making his flight.

Also when at commercial you can here the cars zooming by the camera.
Wish we could get some video.

I think Directv should air the race they tested hotpass at.

That sounds like the audio feed from the backhaul, of last April 22nd race in Phoenix.

yeah I wonder if they plan on putting together an interactive demo for hotpass using this Arizona race
