Nasa UHD on a TBS5927

Can I use this to get the UHD signal? I have an IBM thinkpad and a 4K capable 55" Philips TV. What App should I be using?

Should be possible, I have tested it with my TBS 5925 and ProgDVB. If you need more help I can give you a 'How To'.
