My price is going down from $73 to $69 per month?!?

I am in a chat with a dish network rep right now and after hammering them about my monthly bill she came back saying it would drop from $73 to $68?

Does this sound right?
I am upgrading from a 922/612 to one hopper and one joey?

**EDIT** Also i asked about there promotion for new custmers and she said no to the hbo/cinemax but did give me the free 3 months of blockbuster.

Today you pay $10 DVR fee for the 922 plus $10 for the 612. One Hopper is $10 DVR fee plus $7 for one Joey, so you should see a $3 decrease. So that sounds about right.
