First I wanted to get a box exchanged because I had the old HR20-100's and they don't support 3D. I called CSR and talked to someone and they said sure we can get that exchanged for nothing. I said ok and then hung up.
Three days later a box showed up with a receiver in it, but it was another HR20 which of course will not work. So I called up and told them and they apologized over and over, said it wouldn't happen again. They told me to just ship the other one back with the label that was in it and for the trouble they would replace a second receiver for nothing. I said ok and then waited for the 2 to show up.
Three 3 days later I got home after work to see 2 boxes on my porch. I opened them up and.....you guess it, 2 more HR20's. Now I am pissed and let them know it. I told them I don't care what they have to do, but now I want HR24's, so the CSR got me to a supervisor who then apoligized and said I will do that and also exchange your 3rd HR20 for a HR24 also and give you whole home DVR for the trouble. I said that sounds good and then after he did all his work I hung up.
I waited another 3 days and saw 3 boxes on my porch yesterday, but the boxes were different than the last ones. I looked on the box and it showed the model number of HR24.
Sweet. They are supposed to come out Saturday and hook up all them to a SWM.
Final price to me. $0
