Can anyone help me...
My local Fox, WQRF Rockford, IL isnt in HD yet. I recently scanned my OTA and i found a channel there for fox, but after looking on titantv.com they dont have any programming yet. I looked on fcc.gov and it says that they just have a construction permit. I called the affiliate a couple months ago and the person told me march april time frame, but when nothing showed up I emailed the programmer and he said that it would be within 3 years. is there anyway that i can find a time frame out for when they will acually start broadcasting HD?

It's up to the station where or not they broadcast HD, so you need to ask them. There's no legal requirement for them to ever broadcast HD, all they are required to do is have digital signal.
