Hi Folks,

I thought that IF I could post this on this "Computer and Gadgets" ZONE area.

I need help with ANSWERS IF anyone has the knowledge on Electrocardiography videos.

On Wednesday May 23rd, I went int to have a Electrocardiography on my heart.

After worth, I asked the Echo technician, "Angel" IF she can make me a CD or
DVD of my Electrocardiography.

I had ask for copy of my Electrocardiography on a CD back in 2013 and
earlier years, and I was able to have them.
But it seems like maybe NOT, this time.

I'm kind of UPSET because "angel", the same Echo Technician I had in 2013,
said NOW you would have to have a software an order to view it.
She said the name of the software is called "VICON".
She told me that I would have to contact VICON and ask them about
whether my Electrocardiography video would work on my computer
with Windows 7.

She doesn't know much about computer and videos, accept she
only knows her job.

I e-mailed VICON on Thursday May 24th and asked whether the video would
work on my computer, IF I do get it.

In the meantime, since I have NOT heard back from VICON, I thought
maybe IF any of you folks are familiar with VICON software that use
for Medical.

When I got my past Electrocardiography on CDs, even though the
CD says it required software that the Echo Technician used,
Windows Media do recognized the VIDEO Format, alone and
would be playable. And a video conversion software recognized, also.
Such as NERO 7 tool, which I used to have. : - (((

Any suggestions or answers that you might have between now
and then, IF I either hear back from VICON or ask the doctor when
I meet him about my Electrocardiography.

What do you think??? Look up for VICON for Electrocardiography
software program on GOOGLE search. That's how I found VICON
to contact them.

Hope all helps with answers.

Thanks,
Eugene

The software needed comes on the cd of your images that they give you. She apparently has no clue how it works. Maybe speak to your family doctor, and ask him if he can get a copy for you.

That was the case with my son’s CDs.

The hospital or facility will have a customer service department to help. Or if they’re large, just go to radiology and ask for the disc. I think I filled out some paperwork and paid $10.
