Yes - that's exactly how it'd work with the multiswitch etc.

so what kind of switch? just a regular 3x4 or 2x4 i dont think ide need ota.

run the receiver lines into the switch but the one that I want to control the motor goes to the motor then to the switch?

2x4 or 3x4 multiswitch would do it. Same as what DirecTV / Voom used.

This multiswitch would do the trick nicely for you.
