Multi-Switch and new install question

I ordered a 3-Room with one TIVO from www.expertsatellite.com and when I received a message about getting it installed it says with a "customer supplied multi switch".

Maybe I didn't read everything right, but I thought everything would be included.....

How much is a multi-switch?

I haven't checked around yet...

if you are getting a multi sat dish it has four ports on the lnb meaning the switch is already there for what you need if it is a round dish the switch should be supplied by installer. depending on where you bought the system from ie. radio shack,circuit city etc. you may have to pay for the switch otherwise it should be included in the install meaning you already paid for it at time of order.hope this helps you out
