I knew that. But I don't understand why they wouldn't allow someone to pay to add sports channels to a lesser package. What's their reasoning behind that?

I believe you can add it to Dish Latino Dos (which has RSNs, Bein Sport, and MLB Network) and above, too. I am not sure about Dish Latino Plus and below, though.

If you want Universal Sports Network or/and Bein Sports (English feed and Spanish feed) along with Nautical Channel and One World Sports, there is DishWorld that includes an app and Sports Package (with some other channels like EuroChannel, EuroNews, France 24 (English), Bloomberg TV, Fashion TV, Baby TV, Blue Ocean Network (BON), Zoom, Luxe TV, Russia Today (RT), NDTV 24x7, Ebru TV, and Trace Urban) for Roku and other platforms for about $10/month regular.

A reason (guess) is because Top120 does not include RSN's, so you can't add a package with them. (Even though you still would not get most of the Pro games, but you would get all the other shows about your team, highlights not seen other places etc.... in Boston shows like Dennis and Callanhan, Felger and Massarati)

You can also add Multi-Sport to Dish America Silver and Gold. It's not possible though with the base Dish America package.
