Does anyone know when MTV Desi going live and if E* is going to carry it?

what is mtv desi? my guess would be no if it is a music channel. plus mtv is owned by viacomm. not saying for sure, but i would say you won't see for a while. direct tv has be known to add channels first as charlie has said he doesn't like to be the first to carry a channel.
