Well at my customers yesterday he asked me why he could not watch recorded shows on his h25's at the same time.

You might get a response if you give a little more info like what DVRs and or receivers he has.

If your customer doesn't have a HR34, then you can only have one stream active per DVR. The HR34 is the only DirecTV DVR that can have upto 4 independent streams activate at one time.
