The one outlier here is whether or not West Coast LIL's (the LA networks) go away on MPEG-2 prior to the season starting. If they do, that's your space right there.

I know NY has upgraded to Mpeg 4,I think they still use mpeg2 as well.So my guess is everything that has to do with HD Nfl pack will remain unchanged,But football is mostly on local networks CBS ,Fox.Yes they are National Networks but Games are broadcast locally.And there are Local HD channels that are mpeg-4,so who knows.
