MPEG2 HD to MPEG4 HD conversion?

Just curious have the MPEG2 HD channels been converted to MPEG 4 now? It was rumored that 8/1 could be the day... Was that part of the reason some of the HD channels went dark for a while last night during "turbo charging"?

Not yet. Sometime with in the month.

None of the channels lost video that I saw during the 1 hour turbo charge window and it was listed on some mpeg4 channels.
