I read the poll posts on the HD Quality Feedback that Scott asked for over the past few days. However, not everyone posted the brand and type as well as input of their HD tv.
Can anyone make a blanket statement about what we can expect if we have a certain type (LCD, LCD Projector, Plasma, DLP, etc) of monitor and size and also the input--whether COmponent or HDMI?
Here's what I noticed so far on the channels mentioned that I have been watching religiously, as well as my monitor type:
SONY Grand Wega KDF42WE655, 42" LCD projector, HDMI input:
Date watched: Friday 1/26/2007
NGHD--slightly less crisp--softer pq
HGTV--same as above
FOOD HD -- same as above
If there is any variance on different days or times of the day, what difference might there be based on day of the week or time of the day?
My OTA HD looks great--
Which thread can I search to find the resolutions of each of the Dish HD channels (including the demo channel), as well as the OTA locals?
Thanks and think that the poll should be continued with posts showing type of equipment, date, time of day, etc--as I saw a variation in response in the original poll.
