MPEG-4 HD & International channels

Does the subj. setup require 36" dish for 95 satellite AND 5LNB Dish for MPEG-4 HD? Putting all this stuff onto my roof looks too scary :shocked

Any pictures of what this setup will look like? Thanks for the links HDTVtechno.....Verizon FIOS looks mighty attractive....maybe skipping the MPEG4 upgrade and waiting out my contract.
