can i "move" from abilene tx to mansfeild tx to get dfw locals and kera in hd?

you can move to where ever you want. It all depends on if you're in the spotbeams

check 103s TP21 & 23. Thats were DFW HD locals are.
You should be fine as the DMA is next door to Abilene's

Stations that are HD are Big 4, PBS, Univision, TXA21, My27, CW33
