If I were to get D and found I was not satisfied with the Locals for my area, and wanted to "move", could I do so and tell them that there was already a dish there and I had hooked up my own equipment with everything looking fine?
Would it be necessary for a tech to come out?
I would want to keep the same billing address. Does D have auto billing?

The one he missed was for the tech coming out and that answer is NO. Just remember that the locals are on spot beams and you can only move to cities that are within your region.
