Can some one please explain to me how can i "move" from my current location Santa Maria Ca. to Los Angles Ca. so that i can receive there locals. For laker purposes.

Use the search feature. There are plenty of post that will tell you how to violate your TOS. It really does not need to be posted ad-nauseam over and over.

Geez -- these responses come across as SO self-righteous and sarcastic.
An appropriate response would have been , "just type 'moving' under the serach function".
Simple as that.

Basically call and change your SERVICE address (not your mailing address!). Of course you need to have an actual address picked out. Alot of people use an apartment complex and add a unit number. Tell them you already have the dish installed, and you just need the service to be updated.

Alot of people do this, however I feel I must tell you it is TECHNICALLY against the rules, even if D* generally does not care
