I have 840 M in HD

I cannot see 839...And I have an east coast pkg

Whats up with that?

Why doesn't my rcvr see it?

On Starchoice, MPIX is part of the "More Movies" package, which is in addition to the Movies package..

It is probably the same on BEV as in it requires additional money

It doesnt even show in the guide like other unsubscribed channels do though, so it isn't there, even under 'all channels'. I've rebooted the rcvr, etc, no luck

Any other ideas?

Same thing here with my 6100, does not show on the all channels guide.

Astral has not applied to the CRTC for Moviepix HD channel. There is NO Moviepix HD channel at this time.

Due to the applications in front of the CRTC for competing Movie services in Canada, this is more than likely a "rumour".

I have no idea what has been applied for or not, but I do find it interesting another site has the complete January Schedule for Channel 839 showing.

Someone went through alot of work if its a hoax.
