Movie Channel's on W5

Looking for info on the movie channel's on W5. Who sales this,and the prices. I would like to get HBO on w5 because I can't get it on G1,I can get star's,but I would like to try hbo for a 30 days. I have a 4DTV 905. Any info would be great:up
