Mount lnb on Feedhorn

I just received my Chaparral C/KU band Corotor 2 Plus Feedhorn with 2 lnb today... And i was wondering if someone can look at the picture i provided and tell me if i put everything on properly.

I have a newbie question .

Why do they have the 90 dehre " Ell's " between the feed horn & the LNB's ? Just to make it more compact & allow them to fit under those plastic covers ?

That is correct. I eliminated the elbows on my installation. This results in some additional signal. You do have to make sure all connections are water tite, since the cover will not fit over the setup then.
