Can you post any digital pictures?

I think I'd add 5 degrees to the dish elevation and see if that helps. It did for me . There may be several explanations, but none that I can prove so far.

As per PSB's great explanation about gettting true south 79W is my only hope to set the reference point. then I am laughing!
