9750/10750 would not be used in North America with any LNBFs dstributed here. What is the LNB brand and model? What LO frequency is printed on the label?

Sounds like an install menu setting is wrong.

What is an example of a channel that is coming in? Service name and transponder frequency.

Still not working well... Your LNB LO frequency setting is incorrect.

Smile of a Child channel is on 97w transponder frequency 12053, but your blind scan put it at 12203. This means that the LO frequency selection is 150MHz off. (12203 - 12053 = 150). The LNB LO is likely set on 10600 or 9750/10600. Erase all transponders from 97w KU satellite. Change and save the LNB LO frequency setting to 10750 then blind scan again.

Yes, best not to leave it that way. You may think leave well enough alone, but in this case that is not a good idea. You will only confuse yourself further down the road.
Do as Brain suggested and wipe and re-blind scan. Make sure you have the LO set right in your install menu.

I put a different lnbf on and I do believe its working well now.
Not with SOAC on 12203!
What is this new LNBF, what brand, name, what is the local oscillator for it?
Why did you change?

Two different types of LNBFs. The Orbit LNBF is a universal type with dual LNB LO 9750/10600. The unit from KE4EST is a standard LNB type with a single LO frequency of 10750. The satellite receiver must always be set to the correct matching LO frequency in order to work properly map the downlink transponder frequencies and properly scan all frequencies and log available transponders and services.

The user can switch between a universal or standard LNB type. The LO frequency setting simply needs to be changed in each satellite's installation menu.
