I love 4DTV

but what i dont love is the lack of hd

we have some premiums in hd, and discover hd theater

woo-wee:p

ok, dish had 50, count em 50 hd channels for $30 a month

so why isnt there more hd channels if 4dtv? where does dish get all these hd channels in 1st gen master's?

some other questions i got

m1 and m5 do not come in at all

none of the channels on w1 come in, yet i get a green light and a +5.6 ebno, it just says please wait a moment we are...

and are there any free nets on 4dtv except the pbs ones?

1) Dishes HD's are HD lite.

2) Look at Lyngsat the masters are posted there.

3) The M birds work for me.

4) W1 works for me you must have some other issue. Your message means the 4D is searching for SR and FEC and cannot find any parameters it wants to lock to.

5) Look at Lyngsat and scan the skys.

Go to www.satforums.com, and click on "4DTV Rocks" they can help you out more there. As for HD on 4DTV, the last time that 4DTV technology was updated was over 9 years ago. 4DTV does not receive the newest DCII formats like megapipe and MPEG-4. Take HBO for instance, their HD (all except for E&W) are in MPEG-4 and DCII megapipe, 4DTV cannot receive that.
4DTV is in short a dying technology.
