More G10R Issues

On east coast (DC area), I can sweep from my true south satellite all the way to G10R and pick up pretty much everything I want, but on G10R, 11986V (has the Puerto Rican, Virgin Is channels: WVXF, WSJP, WPRU) and 12104V (KTWO) are so marginal they don't lock (signal about 50%, quality 60% on Coolsat). I typically need absolute minimum of 63% quality on the Coolsat to get a channel, these fall just short of that. Should I count myself lucky for getting everything else and let be, or should I tinker? (wife says leave well alone). I am using a 36" fortec and .4 lnb. I have manually entered the info, as well as blind scanned, but they don't get picked up. Anything else to try?

The VI stations you should get with no issues

11985 V 5150 seems to work the best for me

the frequency might be off by 1 or 2 (12112 or 12113)

I get 82 on that one which is pretty hot for the Coolsat.
