Mode Reminder

Not sure if this has been posted anywhere, but tonight I was checking for something on my 622 receiver and under the Preferences there is listed Mode Reminder. There is info which states "The Mode Reminder message displays when the remote control is not in Satellite (Sat) mode.' Then a selection to disable the popup.

Yea, I saw that with the release of the L511, kind of neat.

yeah it is new with dish, direct has been doing it for some time now. It is annoying to me, but good for newbies and such.

On which DirecTV box? I had an HR20 and it wasn't an option that I recall...

Thank goodness you can disable it!
