Am having a particular problem aiming my 1000.2 for peak on 110/119 and 129.
The signal over runs my meter to the point that when I get a fine tune to minimum, the needle is pegged. But still only can get 25-30 sig.st. on 119, and 10-20 on 110., 0 on 129.
I have no obstuctions and have tried a different pole mount.
could I get a different meter with better adj for not a whole lot of $. Using one of the lesser expensive LED with tune knob.
This is my mobile antenna, to set up in camp while hunting.
Maybe it is my method of aiming also?

My guess is that you're picking up the two satellites on the wrong lnb's. This is a common problem when aiming a multi-lnb dish. Sometimes it helps to cover two of the lnbs with foil so you're sure the signal is coming through the correct lnb. The dish likely needs to be moved to the right more to pick up 129.
