MLB Network 213 Blackout???

So at straight up 6pm CT 213 went blackout for my area and 214 came on.

Timed regional blackout?

213: MIL @ CIN or CHW @ BOS

This is ODD.
213 for me is Blacked Out...
It's offering the Brewers and Reds ... It should search and find the Reds game for me on the FSN. But it hasn't found one yet.

Over on the Alt. channel 214, I'm watching the Red Sox and W. Sox.

Just checked, Yes, the Reds is on the FSN on 661.1, but the search didn't find it.

interesting. The only time I have been blacked out on 213 is when the Twins play. I'm ALWAYS blacked out on 214

I was blacked out as well and it was not a tigers game

They are doing it like ESPN does during college football. They offer two games on the two channels. You get whichever is assigned to your region. So Michigan for example they would probably favor AL games, especially from the east/central over any NL games.

Unlike last year when the 214 feed was only used for the home markets of the game on 213, they are now using 214 for what could be as much as half the country.

It has screwed up a few of my boolean search timers for the teams I watch near daily, so I just removed 213/214 from the timer and rely on the MLBEI feeds.
