I check today to see if I'm under a contract and they said that I did an upgrade to a VIP222 in March of 2010 in which I did. Moses who I ordered it from never said anything about an 24 month commitment. When Dish did list your contract on your online account I've never seen one listed for this upgrade. So the first chat person said I was in a contract until March 2012. Which would be the two years.
So I got on another chat just to see what the fee would be to stop my service. The chat agent Kim said that I wasn't under a contract and there would be no fee to cancel. I said I just talked with someone who said I was under contact. She said she saw the previous chat and would check into it. She said yes there was an upgrade done in March 2010, but no commitment was added to the account. Who do you believe?
