It appears that the problem you were having was because of misconfigured mail settings in your Thunderbird email client. And while it was a problem on your end it did point to a problem on our server which needs to be fixed. So you helped us squish a bug before anyone else noticed.
We are working to add some additional features for our supporters and plan to offer them secure web based email. This is the reason why we have purchased and installed the SSL certificate.
So thank you for working with us and helping us not only find what the problem was that you were having but also you helped us to find a bug in our SSL setup that we are now activly looking to fix.
