Minneapolis, Minn. has completed its $20 million dollar Wi-Fi project to blanket the entire city in the Internet technology.

I remember reading an article in the Minneapolis paper about this a year or so ago saying they were having one hell of a time getting it to work due to all the interference from trees, buildings, houses, etc.. They said it was spotty at best. I'm not convinced they'll ever have 100% coverage.
