Been checking there. While they do list MeTV Toons, it does not show any guide data.

I know it launches at 6am on the 25th. But currently titantv just shows all shows as MeTV Toons.

Correct it is its own new channel.

MeTV is a different channel than MeTV Toons.

If you look at his channel 24.2 you will see that MeTV Toons is filling all of the programming slots even though the channel is showing NLEC.
