Mercury and Veria Channel Move

The Mercury channel move project was pushed back one week to 11/18 when Mercury will move from channel 218 to channel 220. This channel will be simulcasted in both channels until 12/02 when Mercury will be removed from channel 218 and will reside permanently on channel 220.

The Veria channel move project has been pushed back to 12/09, when Veria will be moving from channel 9575 to channel 218. This channel will be simulcasted on both channels until 1/06/2010 when Veria will be removed from 9575 and will reside permanently on channel 218.

Was Veria pushed back due to the technichal issues they were having?

Any plans to make Veria available in lower tiers? Currently at Classic Gold or a la carte.
