Interesting angle and analysis...

MeeGo will end up being the core for a new, open source version of Bada, the mobile operating system
owned by South Korean electronics maker Samsung and currently selling better than Windows Phone 7.

I really hope MeeGo gets to live another day. Stewardship doesn't matter as long as its reliable...

Samsung did step in to support MeeGo and together with Intel they re-christened the "child"...
MeeGo rebooted as Intel and Samsung launch new Tizen platform

I guess it is clear what Bada will be using as a kernel going forward...

Tizen OS gains support from Acer, Asus, and maybe HTC

Interesting, who will Microsoft sue to get its $10/device cut from every device it thinks it is entitled to...
