Mayweather Pacquiao fight

Hello everyone have a question about the fight. I read that the fight is being shown free in Mexico via 2 tv networks, Azteca and Televisa. With an FTA receiver if you are in the footprint would you be able to watch the fight?

Yes, but the fight will be delayed and not live.

I understand all Televisa signals are encrypted, and Azteca has several feeds ITC.
That´s just my understanding, but do not consider it as written in stone.

I found the article below (in Spanish) explaining how the broadcast will start live, but it will start to get delayed for the main fight.
